Executive Committee (EXECOM) meetings are normally held on the last Sunday of every month. Whenever required, special Executive Committee meetings are also convened to discuss important matters concerning the Sabha and its activities.

During the period from September 2018 to June 2019, a total of 13 Executive Committee meetings were successfully conducted. These meetings focused on:

• Reviewing Sabha activities and ongoing projects.
• Planning cultural, educational, and community service programs.
• Approving financial reports, budgets, and expenditures.
• Discussing membership growth and member welfare initiatives.
• Planning festivals, annual celebrations, and special events.
• Reviewing infrastructure development and maintenance works.
• Making administrative and policy decisions for the Sabha.
• Addressing suggestions, feedback, and community concerns.
